The short version
A two-floor apartment for up to four guests in the Armonie del Lago residence above Baveno. Downstairs: living area with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom and a large private terrace with panoramic Lake Maggiore views opening straight off the living room. Upstairs: the bedroom, the main bathroom with a SMEG washer-dryer, and a second balcony. Plus a 100" cinema projector, air conditioning, secure indoor parking and the residence’s 149 m² shared pool.
We designed this apartment to feel like a stylish, calm retreat, nestled in peaceful greenery for a truly quiet escape. It suits couples, or two couples, or a family of four.
What makes the place special — and what we fell in love with — is the panoramic view from the large private terrace, reached directly from the living room. Start the day with an espresso out there, or wind down with an aperitivo as the sun drops behind the mountains. For evenings in, there is the 100-inch cinema projector.
The apartment is spread across two floors for space and privacy. The ground floor holds the living area with its comfortable sofa bed, the fully equipped kitchen — dishwasher included — and a guest bathroom. Upstairs you will find the bedroom, the main bathroom with a premium SMEG washer-dryer, and a second balcony off the bedroom: a quiet spot facing the lake and the mountains.
The residence adds a large shared pool, open from 1 June to 30 September, and secure private indoor parking. You are minutes from Baveno, Stresa and Verbania, which makes this an excellent base for the Borromean Islands — and for the restaurants, bars, shops and beach clubs a short drive away.

Getting here
By car: take the Baveno motorway exit, head into the town centre, and from the lake follow signs for the hamlet of Campino-Someraro. Lakeside Harmonies — “Armonie del Lago” — is on Via Due Riviere, up on the right.
By train: from Stresa station it is a 10-minute taxi ride.

Up to 4 guests: a king bed in the upstairs bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the downstairs living area, with a bathroom on each floor.
What does it cost per night?
