I’m Nicolò, a proud father of two boys, Leone and Francesco, and husband to Alice. My friend Alex and his partner Veronica are expecting a baby girl soon, bringing even more joy into our lives. Living just a few steps away from each other, we decided to open our homes to guests from all over the world to share the charm and tranquility of this magical destination.

We are very happy to host you in our apartment, which has incredible lake views. We love to travel and appreciate a comfortable stay, so we have created a welcoming space for you to relax and explore this stunning region.
The villa
Airbnb Superhosts for several years, hosting for ten. They live a few steps from the villa, which is why arrivals are met in person and questions get answered the same day. “It will be my pleasure to be available for any eventuality,” as Nicolò puts it — and guests keep saying that is exactly how it goes.
