The short version
A genuinely spacious private villa for up to eight guests, on three floors with a large livable kitchen and a fenced private garden that looks out over the lake and the Alps. Three patios, one balcony, an indoor hot tub, a gas barbecue and a table-football table under the portico. The only shared amenity is the residence’s 149 m² pool (1 June – 15 September) — everything else in the photos is yours alone.
The house is truly spacious, even for eight people. Bed linen and towels are provided, the kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a coffee machine, and there is free WiFi and free private parking on site.
The highlights are the breathtaking lake view, the position right beside the woods, and the quiet. Once you are at the house, you feel like you are on holiday — surrounded by nature, with a spectacular view of the lake and the Alps. Privacy is guaranteed: house and garden are fenced and shielded from outside view.
The swimming pool is open from the first week of June until 15 September. Even though it is shared, it stays peaceful, as most of the houses in the residence are unoccupied. Guests have the whole villa — ground floor, first floor and second floor — plus the pool area. It is not recommended for wheelchair users.
The villa sits just above Baveno; the centre is a ten-minute walk downhill, though a car helps on the way back up with shopping. From the back of the residence, a path through the woods leads up towards Mottarone. Professional massages can be booked at the house.

Getting here
Driving from Milan, take the motorway towards Gravellona Toce and exit at Baveno. Head for the town centre and follow signs for the hamlet of Campino-Someraro; the residence is on Via Due Riviere.

How many guests can stay?
Up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and 3 bathrooms, over three floors. The kitchen is large and livable, so cooking for eight is comfortable rather than cramped.
Is the garden private, or shared with neighbours?
Private. The garden, three patios and balcony are exclusively yours, and both house and garden are fenced and shielded from outside view. The only shared amenity is the residence’s outdoor swimming pool. The indoor hot tub is private.
Can we bring our dog?
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement — please ask us before you book. Children are welcome and a high chair is provided. No smoking anywhere on the property.
What should we bring?
Bed linen and towels are provided, and you will find basic courtesy supplies such as toilet paper on arrival. During the stay guests top up consumables themselves — toilet and kitchen paper, laundry and dishwasher detergent, shower gel. Pool towels are not included and there are no sun umbrellas at the pool, though chairs are provided.
Do we need a car?
Baveno centre is a ten-minute walk downhill, so no — but a car makes the return trip with shopping bags much easier, and puts Stresa, Verbania, Lake Orta and Switzerland within an hour. Free private parking is included.
Can we walk into the mountains from the house?
Yes. A path through the woods behind the residence leads up towards Mottarone, and five waymarked loops start here. See the trails →
